Lee Jin-yong (, born September 9, 1987), better known by his stage name Loopy (Hangul: 루ü), is a South Korean rapper. He was the runner-up for Show Me the Money 777.
Lee Jin-yong was born on September 9, 1987, in Seoul, South Korea. He has one older sister. Lee graduated from , and enlisted in the South Korean military to fulfill his compulsory military service requirement. After completing his service, he moved to Los Angeles, California.
