à Âomà ¼a Governorate was an administrative-territorial unit (guberniya) of Congress Poland of the Russian Empire, with its capital in à Âomà ¼a.
In 1867 territories of the Augustów Governorate and the Pà Âock Governorate were divided into a smaller Pà Âock Governorate, Suwaà Âki Governorate (consisting mostly of the Augustów Governorate territories) and a recreated à Âomà ¼a Governorate.
In 1893, a small amount of territory was transferred from the à Âomà ¼a Governorate to the Warsaw Governorate.
It was divided into seven counties:
