The name Sarika (Khmer: áÂÂá¶áÂÂá·áÂÂá¶, ]) has been used for three tropical cyclones in the western North Pacific Ocean. The name was contributed by Cambodia and means a common hill myna (Gracula religiosa) in Khmer.
The name Sarika was retired following the 2016 Pacific typhoon season and was replaced with Trases (Khmer: áÂÂáÂÂáÂÂáÂÂáÂÂáÂÂ, ]), which means woodpecker in Khmer.
