- Rachid Guerraoui, Moroccan computer scientist and a professor at the School of Computer and Communication Sciences at ÃÂcole Polytechnique Fédérale de Lausanne (EPFL), known for his contributions in the fields of concurrent and distributed computing. He is an ACM Fellow.
