The following is a list of prime ministers of the Netherlands. The Prime Minister is also chairman of the Council of Ministers and Minister of General Affairs. Although the office of Prime Minister has only existed since 1945, the term has been retroactively applied to chairmen of the Council of Ministers since 1848.
