Liberated Hands or Freed Hands () is a 1939 German drama film directed by Hans Schweikart and starring Brigitte Horney, Olga Chekhova and Ewald Balser. It was shot at the Bavaria Studios in Munich and on location in Husum and Capri. The film's sets were designed by the art director Wilhelm Depenau and Ludwig Reiber. It was screened at the 8th Venice International Film Festival.
Dürthen a talented woodcarver living in a rural village, feels stifled by her unhappy relationship and suppressed artistic potential.
