Leo Refalo (born 24 November 1962 in æamrun) is a Maltese retired footballer.
Refalo played the majority of his career for hoemtown club æamrun Spartans as a midfielder. He was the league's top goalscorer in 1983 and holds the record of most goals in one Maltese Premier League game for the club (alongside Stefan Sultana), when he scored five against à »ebbuá Rangers in 1989.
Refalo was capped once by Malta, when he came on as a substitute for David Carabott in a June 1988 European Championship qualification against Wales.
His twin brother Gejtu played for æamrun Spartans and Naxxar Lions in the Maltese top tier. His son Quilin played for PietàHotspurs.
