The film had its UK premiere on November 2, 2025, in Glasgow as part of Scotland Loves Anime and will be released theatrically in the US by GKIDS on May 10, 2026.
The film follows Shiori Maezawa, a high school girl who lives in Yokohama. One day, after she breaks her smartphone, she finds herself in a parallel version of Yokohama. When she checks her phone, she finds photos of herself on her social media accounts that she does not remember posting, and realizes that she is trapped in a strange labyrinth inside her smartphone, where an alternate version of her exists and is causing chaos. To prevent her other self from going out of control, Shiori aims to escape this world while dealing with her alternate self's actions.
