Kikuko Okajima (; born 5 May 1958) is a Japanese businesswoman and former footballer who was the chairwoman of the WE League.
Okajima attended Waseda University in Japan.
Okajima has been described as "has a career in both business and soccer, and has extensive experience as an executive and board chair for nonprofit organizations, including serving as chairman of the Maryland-Kanagawa Sister State Committee".
Okajima has been married and has a son and a daughter.
