The Kerala State Planning Board (KSPB) is an advisory and planning institution of the Government of Kerala, India. Established in September 1967, the Board assists the State Government in formulating development plans, evaluating plan performance, and providing policy advice for socio-economic development. The Board also prepares the annual Economic Review of the State and supports decentralized planning processes across districts and local self-government institutions.
The Chief Minister of Kerala serves as the Chairperson of the Board. The Board consists of a Vice Chairperson, selected Ministers, expert members, and a Member Secretary. The Chief Secretary to Government and the Additional Chief Secretary (Finance) serve as permanent invitees.
