Mulab-e Olya (, also Romanized as Mà «lÃÂb-e âÂÂOlyÃÂ; also known as KelÃÂt, Mà «lÃÂb, Mà «lÃÂb-e BÃÂlÃÂ, and à ¢ÃÂqeh Mà «lÃÂb) is a village in Murmuri Rural District, Kalat District, Abdanan County, Ilam Province, Iran. At the 2006 census, its population was 112, in 25 families. The village is populated by Lurs.
