Kavandu is a village in Kambja Parish, Tartu County in eastern Estonia.
Kavandu is the birthplace of Ignatsi Jaak (ca 1670âÂÂ1741; ()), a schoolteacher and sacristan, the most famous student of scholar Bengt Gottfried Forselius.
