Kartik Sena Sinha is a Indian National Congress politician from Assam. He has been elected in Assam Legislative Assembly election in 2006 from Patharkandi constituency. He contested re-election in 2011 as a member of the All India United Democratic Front, but was defeated by Indian National Congress candidate Monilal Gowala.
