Kaep'ung station is a railway station located in Kaep'ung-à Âp, Kaepung-guyok, Kaesong city, North Korea. It is on located on the P'yà Ângbu Line, which was formed from part of the Kyà Ângà Âi Line to accommodate the shift of the capital from Seoul to P'yà Ângyang; though this line physically connects P'yà Ângyang to Pusan via Dorasan, in operational reality it ends at Kaesà Âng due to the Korean Demilitarized Zone.
The station, originally called T'osà Âng station, was opened by the Chosen Government Railway in 1906.
In September 1932, the Hwanghae Line was extended from Yà Ân'an to T'osà Âng, and in 1944 that line was nationalised and was renamed T'à Âhae Line. As a result of the division of Korea after the Second World War, part of the T'à Âhae Line ended up in South Korea, and passenger trains operated between Tosà Âng and Ch'à Ângdan. During the Korean War, the bridge spanning the Ryesà Âng River was destroyed, severing the connection between T'osà Âng and Paech'à Ân, disconnecting the T'à Âhae and P'yà Ângbu lines; the bridge was never rebuilt.
After the end of the Korean War, T'osà Âng ended up in North Korea. In December 1952, T'osà Âng and four other localities were incorporated into Kaep'ung-à Âp, and the station was renamed to its current name.
