Kabul is a 1973 Australian stage play by Ron Blair based on the 1842 retreat from Kabul. The original production was directed by John Bell. Blair called it a play about politics and the politics of politics which was "part panto, part black comedy, part allegory". The play featured real historical people but was heavily fictionalised.
H.G. Kippax of the Sydney Morning Herald said the play "does nothing very much and does it rather badly."
