Juan Pablo Ventosa (born in San Salvador in 1964) is a Spanish economist and professor. He was a senior executive in the international human resources consulting sector and the founder of Human Performance, which operates in Spain and Mexico. He is the author of Leadership Analytics.
He holds a PhD in Economics and Management from the University Abat Oliba, where he presented his thesis, 'Practices of excellence in results-oriented training'. A Representative Study of IBEX 35 Companies' in 2017.
After graduating, he worked at EY, becoming a consulting manager specialising in human resources. He was the managing director of the Epise Group, a training and development consultancy with a presence in five countries, for around twenty years.
In 2013, he founded Human Performance, a talent and organisational efficiency consultancy with offices in Spain and Mexico. He was a member of the Advisory Council for the Promotion of National Employment in Catalonia, the International Coaching Federation, and the International Board of Standards for Training, Performance and Instruction.
He is a professor at the EGADE Business School at Tech de Monterrey, a speaker, and a contributor to magazines and podcasts in the human resources and talent sector.
