Journal Iraq (Arabic: ìÃÂñÃÂçàùñçÃÂ) was the first newspaper in Iraq and the first Arabic-language newspaper published in the Arab World. It was published by Mamluk ruler Dawud Pasha in Baghdad in 1816.
