Johnson Jakande Tinubu Park

The Johnson Jakande Tinubu Park is a public park located in Ikeja, the capital of Lagos. The park which was commissioned by the then Lagos State Governor, Akinwunmi Ambode in December 2017 as a recreational space located within the proximity of The Office of the Governor, the Lagos State House of Assembly and the State Secretariat.

Spanning approximately 21,880 square meters (about 2.2 hectares), the park offers several attractions and facilities for visitors of all ages. Notable features of the park include landscaped gardens, an aviary housing various species of birds, and a gigantic chessboard. The park also displays flags of all African countries.
