Joe Kelly Sr. (July 1, 1937 â May 25, 2022) was an American professional football player who played for the Ottawa Rough Riders. He won the Grey Cup with them in 1960. He played college football for the New Mexico State University.
Kelly died on May 25, 2022, at the age of 87. He is the father of Joe Kelly Jr., who played in the National Football Legue (NFL).
