Jim Clements is an American college football coach and former player. He is the head football coach for Kutztown University of Pennsylvania, a position he has held since 2014. Clements served as the head football coach at Delaware Valley CollegeâÂÂnow known as Delaware Valley UniversityâÂÂin Doylestown, Pennsylvania from 2006 to 2013.
