Jezierzany (<small>Polish pronunciation:</small> ; ) is a village in the administrative district of Gmina Postomino, within SÃ Âawno County, West Pomeranian Voivodeship, in northwestern Poland. It is located approximately north-west of Postomino, north of SÃ Âawno, and northeast of the regional capital Szczecin.
