Janiszewice is a village in the administrative district of Gmina Zduà Âska Wola, within Zduà Âska Wola County, à Âódà º Voivodeship, in central Poland. It lies approximately north-west of Zduà Âska Wola and south-west of the regional capital à Âódà º.
During the German occupation of Poland (World War II), the German administration operated a Nazi prison in Janiszewice that was subordinate to the prison in Sieradz.
