Jacek Kowalczyk (born 12 August 1981) is a Polish former professional footballer who played as a defender.
In his career, he played for clubs such as GKS Katowice, Wisà Âa Kraków and Polonia Warsaw.
In early August 2006, he signed a two-and-a-half-year contract with Odra Wodzisà Âaw à Âlàski, and on 10 December 2008, he signed an extension until June 2011.
He made three appearances for the Poland national team.
