Isoeugenol synthase (, IGS1, t-anol/isoeugenol synthase 1) is an enzyme with systematic name eugenol:NADP<sup>+</sup> oxidoreductase (coniferyl acetate reducing). This enzyme catalyses the following chemical reaction.
The usual substrate is coniferyl acetate which gives isoeugenol.
