Ilya Viktorovich Abayev (; born 2 August 1981) is a Russian professional football coach and a former goalkeeper. He is the goalkeepers' coach with FC Chertanovo Moscow.
He made his debut in the Russian Premier League in 2004 for FC Torpedo Moscow.
