In May 2025, it was announced that Eli Roth would write, co-produce, and direct a new horror film titled Ice Cream Man, an idea he had for over 2 decades. Principal photography occurred during the summer of 2025 in Hamilton, Ontario, and wrapped in Canada in September, with Ari Millen, Benjamin Byron Davis, Karen Cliche, Dylan Hawco, and Sarah Abbott rounding out the cast. Snoop Dogg would provide music for the soundtrack.
