Sir Ian Derek Gainsford ( Ginsberg; born 24 June 1930) is a British retired dentist and academic. He was dean of King's College School of Medicine and Dentistry, King's College London (1988âÂÂ1997) and vice-principal of King's College London (1994âÂÂ1997). He was president of the Maccabaeans, a friendly society.
