Homoioptera is an extinct genus of winged insects from the Upper Carboniferous of Europe.

It contains the following species:

• †H. latipenne Handlirsch 1904
• †H. vorhallensis Brauckmann and Koch 1982
• †H. woodwardi Brongniart 1890
