Hellinsia devriesi is a moth of the family Pterophoridae. It is found on the Galapagos Islands and Guadeloupe.

This species is named after Professor T.J. de Vries of the PontifÃÂcia Universidad Católica del Ecuador in Quito, who collected the type series.
