Hà Quảng district

HÃÂ QuÃ¡ÂºÂ£ng is a rural district of Cao BÃ¡ÂºÂ±ng province in the Northeast region of Vietnam.

As of 2019 the district had a population of 59,467. The district covers an area of . The district capital lies at XuÃÂ¢n HÃÂ²a.
