Gynnidomorpha mesotypa is a species of moth of the family Tortricidae. It is found in China (Guizhou, Jiangsu, Shaanxi, Shanghai) and Japan.
The wingspan is 13âÂÂ14 mm.
The larvae feed on Sagittaria species.
