Lilia Blanca Guadalupe MartÃÂnez Otero (born 12 September 1948), known professionally as Gui Gui and also credited as Lilia MartÃÂnez 'Gui-Gui', is a Mexican actress.
She is the daughter of cinematographer AgustÃÂn MartÃÂnez Solares and actress Blanca Rosa Otero, as well as the niece of film director Raúl MartÃÂnez Solares and film director, screenwriter and producer Gilberto MartÃÂnez Solares. Working as a child actress during the Golden Age of Mexican Cinema, she appeared in notably films such as Cuando me vaya (1954), Pobre huerfanita (1955), Para siempre (1955) and Cara de ángel (1956).
She married Octavio Palacios Arriola and left Mexico City to move to Querétaro, where they settled to have a large family, having four children together and several grandchildren.
