Gmina Ujazd, Opole Voivodeship

Gmina Ujazd () is an urban-rural gmina (administrative district) in Strzelce County, Opole Voivodeship, in south-western Poland. Its seat is the town of Ujazd, which lies approximately south-east of Strzelce Opolskie and south-east of the regional capital Opole.

The gmina covers an area of , and as of 2019, its total population was 6,418. Since 2006, the commune has been officially bilingual in Polish and German, as a sizable German population remained in the area after World War II.
