Gmina Telatyn is a rural gmina (administrative district) in Tomaszów County, Lublin Voivodeship, in eastern Poland. Its seat is the village of Telatyn, which lies approximately east of Tomaszów Lubelski and south-east of the regional capital Lublin.
The gmina covers an area of , and as of 2006 its total population is 4,461 (4,252 in 2013).
