Gmina Starcza is a rural gmina (administrative district) in CzÃÂstochowa County, Silesian Voivodeship, in southern Poland. Its seat is the village of Starcza, which lies approximately south of CzÃÂstochowa and north of the regional capital Katowice.
The gmina covers an area of , and as of 2019 its total population is 2,823.
The gmina contains part of the protected area called Upper Liswarta Forests Landscape Park.
Gmina Starcza contains the villages and settlements of Klepaczka, à Âazy, à Âysiec, Rudnik Maà Ây, Starcza, Wà Âasna and Zielone Górki.
Gmina Starcza is bordered by the gminas of Kamienica Polska, Konopiska, Poczesna and Woà ºniki.
