Gmina Przesmyki is a rural gmina (administrative district) in Siedlce County, Masovian Voivodeship, in east-central Poland. Its seat is the village of Przesmyki, which lies approximately north-east of Siedlce and east of Warsaw.
The gmina covers an area of , and as of 2006 its total population is 3,694 (3,414 in 2014).
Gmina Przesmyki contains the villages and settlements of Cierpigórz, Dàbrowa, Gà Âuchówek, Górki, Kaliski, Kamianki Lackie, Kamianki-Czabaje, Kamianki-Nicki, Kamianki-Waà Âki, Kolonia à Âysowa, Kukawki, Lipiny, à Âysów, Pniewiski, Podraczynie, Przesmyki, Raczyny, Stare Rzewuski, Tarków, Tarkówek, Wólka à Âysowska, Zaborów, Zalesie and Zawady.
Gmina Przesmyki is bordered by the gminas of Korczew, à Âosice, Mordy, Paprotnia and Platerów.
