Gmina Pruchnik is an urban-rural gmina (administrative district) in Jarosà Âaw County, Subcarpathian Voivodeship, in south-eastern Poland. Its seat is the town of Pruchnik, which lies approximately south-west of Jarosà Âaw and east of the regional capital Rzeszów.
The gmina covers an area of , and as of 2006 its total population is 9,551 (9,845 in 2013). Formerly classified as a rural gmina, it become urban-rural when Pruchnik became a town on 1 January 2011.
Apart from the town of Pruchnik, Gmina Pruchnik contains the villages and settlements of Hawà Âowice, Jodà Âówka, Kramarzówka, Rozbórz Dà Âugi, Rozbórz Okràgà Ây, Rzeplin and à Âwiebodna.
Gmina Pruchnik is bordered by the gminas of Dubiecko, Kaà Âczuga, Krzywcza, Roà ºwienica and Zarzecze.
