Gmina Pokrzywnica is a rural gmina (administrative district) in Puà Âtusk County, Masovian Voivodeship, in east-central Poland. Its seat is the village of Pokrzywnica, which lies approximately south-west of Puà Âtusk and north of Warsaw.
The gmina covers an area of , and as of 2006 its total population is 4,734 (4,876 in 2011).

Gmina Pokrzywnica is bordered by the gminas of Puà Âtusk, Serock, Winnica and Zatory.
