Gmina Nowe Ostrowy is a rural gmina (administrative district) in Kutno County, à Âódà º Voivodeship, in central Poland. Its seat is the village of Nowe Ostrowy, which lies north-west of Kutno and north of the regional capital à Âódà º.
The gmina covers an area of , and as of 2006 its total population was 3,870.
Gmina Nowe Ostrowy contains the villages and settlements of Bà Âota, Bzówki, Bzówki PGR, Grochów, Grochówek, Grodno, Grodno Drugie, Imielinek, Imielinek Drugi, Imielno, Kaà Ây-Towarzystwo, Koà Âomia, Lipiny, Miksztal, Niechcianów, Nowa Wieà Â, Nowe Ostrowy, Nowe Ostrowy PKP, Ostrowy, Ostrowy PGR, Ostrowy-Cukrownia, Perna, Rdutów, Wola Pierowa, Woà Âodrza and Zieleniec.
Gmina Nowe Ostrowy is bordered by the gminas of Dàbrowice, Kroà Âniewice, Kutno, à ÂaniÃÂta and Lubieà  Kujawski.
