Gmina Niemcza is an urban-rural gmina (administrative district) in Dzierà ¼oniów County, Lower Silesian Voivodeship, in south-western Poland. Its seat is the town of Niemcza, which lies approximately east of Dzierà ¼oniów and south of the regional capital Wrocà Âaw.
The gmina covers an area of , and as of 2019 its total population is 5,473.
Gmina Niemcza is bordered by the town of Pià Âawa Górna and the gminas of Ciepà Âowody, Dzierà ¼oniów, Kondratowice, à Âagiewniki and Zàbkowice à Âlàskie.
Apart from the town of Niemcza, the gmina contains the villages of ChwalÃÂcin, Gilów, Gola Dzierà ¼oniowska, Kietlin, Ligota Maà Âa, Nowa Wieà  Niemczaà Âska, Podlesie, Przerzeczyn-Zdrój, Ruszkowice, Wilków Wielki and Wojsà Âawice.
