Gmina Niebylec is a rural gmina (administrative district) in Strzyà ¼Ã³w County, Subcarpathian Voivodeship, in south-eastern Poland. Its seat is the village of Niebylec, which lies approximately south-east of Strzyà ¼Ã³w and south of the regional capital Rzeszów.
The gmina covers an area of , and as of 2006 its total population is 10,606.
Gmina Niebylec contains the villages and settlements of Baryczka, Blizianka, Gwoà ºdzianka, Gwoà ºnica Dolna, Gwoà ºnica Górna, Jawornik, Konieczkowa, Lutcza, Maà Âówka, Niebylec and Poà Âomia.
Gmina Niebylec is bordered by the gminas of Bà Âaà ¼owa, Czudec, Domaradz, Korczyna, Lubenia and Strzyà ¼Ã³w.
