Gmina MiÃÂdzyzdroje or Gmina Misdroy is an urban-rural gmina (administrative district) in Kamieà  County, West Pomeranian Voivodeship, in north-western Poland. Its seat is the town of MiÃÂdzyzdroje, which lies approximately west of Kamieà  Pomorski and north of the regional capital Szczecin.
The gmina covers an area of , and as of 2006 its total population is 6,477 (out of which the population of MiÃÂdzyzdroje amounts to 5,436, and the population of the rural part of the gmina is 1,041).
Apart from the town of MiÃÂdzyzdroje, Gmina MiÃÂdzyzdroje contains the villages and settlements of Grodno, Lubin, TrzciÃÂ gowo, Wapnica, Wicko and Zalesie.
Gmina MiÃÂdzyzdroje is bordered by the city of à Âwinoujà Âcie and by the gminas of Stepnica and Wolin.
