Gmina Milicz is an urban-rural gmina (administrative district) in Milicz County, Lower Silesian Voivodeship, in south-western Poland. Its seat is the town of Milicz, which lies approximately north of the regional capital Wrocà Âaw.
The gmina covers an area of . As of 2019, its total population was 24,172. It is part of the larger Wrocà Âaw metropolitan area.
Gmina Milicz is bordered by the town of Sulmierzyce and the gminas of Cieszków, Jutrosin, Kroà Ânice, Odolanów, Pakosà Âaw, Rawicz, Soà Ânie, Trzebnica, Zawonia, Zduny and à »migród.
