Gmina Lubicz is a rural gmina (administrative district) in Toruà  County, Kuyavian-Pomeranian Voivodeship, in north-central Poland. Its seat is the village of Lubicz, which lies approximately east of Toruà Â. The gmina covers an area of , and as of 2012 its population is 18,788.
Gmina Lubicz contains the villages and settlements of Brzezinko, Brzeà ºno, Grabowiec, GrÃÂbocin, Gronowo, Jedwabno, Józefowo, Kopanino, Krobia, Lubicz, Lubicz Dolny, Lubicz Górny, Mierzynek, Mà Âyniec Drugi, Mà Âyniec Pierwszy, Nowa Wieà Â, Rogówko, Rogowo and Zà Âotoria.
Gmina Lubicz is bordered by the city of Toruà  and by the gminas of Ciechocin, Kowalewo Pomorskie, à Âysomice, Obrowo and Wielka Nieszawka.
