Gmina Lipowa is a rural gmina (administrative district) in à »ywiec County, Silesian Voivodeship, in southern Poland. Its seat is the village of Lipowa, which lies approximately west of à »ywiec and south of the regional capital Katowice.
The gmina covers an area of , and as of 2019 its total population is 10,803.
Gmina Lipowa contains the villages and settlements of Leà Âna, Lipowa, Ostre, Sienna, Sà Âotwina and Twardorzeczka.
Gmina Lipowa is bordered by the towns of Szczyrk, Wisà Âa and à »ywiec, and by the gminas of Buczkowice, à Âodygowice and Radziechowy-Wieprz.
