Gmina Lelkowo is a rural gmina (administrative district) in Braniewo County, Warmian-Masurian Voivodeship, in northern Poland, on the border with Russia. Its seat is the village of Lelkowo, which lies approximately east of Braniewo and north of the regional capital Olsztyn.
The gmina covers an area of , and as of 2006 its total population is 3,066.
Gmina Lelkowo contains the villages and settlements of Bartki, Bieà Âkowo, DÃÂbowiec, Giedawy, Gà ÂÃÂbock, Grabowiec, Jachowo, Jarzeà Â, Jarzeà Âski Mà Âyn, Kildajny, Krzekoty, Kwiatkowo, Lelkowo, Lutkowo, MÃÂdrzyki, Mià Âaki, Mà Âyniec, Naà Âaby, Perwilty, Piele, PrzebÃÂdowo, Sà Âup, Sówki, Szarki, Wilknicki Mà Âyn, Wilknity, Wola Wilknicka, Woà Âowo, Wyszkowo, Zagaje and Zdrój.
Gmina Lelkowo is bordered by the gminas of Braniewo, Górowo Ià Âaweckie and PieniÃÂà ¼no. It also borders Russia (Kaliningrad Oblast).
