Gmina Komprachcice () is a rural gmina (administrative district) in Opole County, Opole Voivodeship, in south-western Poland. Its seat is the village of Komprachcice, which lies approximately south-west of the regional capital Opole.
The gmina covers an area of . As of 2019, its total population was 9,108. Since 2009, the commune, like much of the surrounding region, has been bilingual in Polish and German, and a substantial German minority remained after the War.
