Gmina Kiwity is a rural gmina (administrative district) in Lidzbark County, Warmian-Masurian Voivodeship, in northern Poland. Its seat is the village of Kiwity, which lies approximately east of Lidzbark Warmià Âski and north-east of the regional capital Olsztyn.
The gmina covers an area of , and as of 2006 its total population is 3,465.
Gmina Kiwity contains the villages and settlements of Bartniki, Czarny Kierz, Kiersnowo, Kierwiny, Kiwity, Klejdyty, Klutajny, Kobiela, Konity, Krekole, Maków, Napraty, Poà Âapin, Rokitnik, Samolubie, Tolniki Wielkie and à »egoty.
Gmina Kiwity is bordered by the gminas of Bartoszyce, Bisztynek, Jeziorany and Lidzbark Warmià Âski.
