Gmina Kiernozia is a rural gmina (administrative district) in à Âowicz County, à Âódà º Voivodeship, in central Poland. Its seat is the village of Kiernozia, which lies approximately north of à Âowicz and north-east of the regional capital à Âódà º.
The gmina covers an area of , and as of 2006 its total population is 3,638.
