Gmina Jelcz-Laskowice is an urban-rural gmina (administrative district) in Oà Âawa County, Lower Silesian Voivodeship, in south-western Poland. Its seat is the town of Jelcz-Laskowice, which lies approximately north of Oà Âawa, and south-east of the regional capital Wrocà Âaw. It is part of the Wrocà Âaw metropolitan area.
The gmina covers an area of , and as of 2019 its total population was 23,323.
Gmina Jelcz-Laskowice is bordered by the town of Oà Âawa and the gminas of Bierutów, Czernica, Lubsza, Namysà Âów, Oà Âawa and Oleà Ânica.
Apart from the town of Jelcz-Laskowice, the gmina contains the villages of Biskupice Oà Âawskie, Brzezinki, Chwaà Âowice, DÃÂbina, Dziuplina, GrÃÂdzina, Kopalina, à ÂÃÂg, Mià Âocice, Mià Âocice Maà Âe, Mià Âoszyce, Minkowice Oà Âawskie, Nowy Dwór, Piekary and Wójcice.
